Datalogging Report for
New McKinney Green Building


This is a 42 kW PV system on the roof of the McKinney Green Office Building, in McKinney, TX. The inverter is a single Xantrex PV-series. Energy production measurements are being taken from a utility-grade kWh meter with KYZ pulse output.

A Davis Vantage Pro weather station mounted on the roof is measuring ambient conditions.

This building ls certified "LEED Platinum" for all of its exceptional environmentally friendly features. In addition to the PV system, the building has many notable "green" features, including solar hot water, "cool roof", rainwater catchment (including water from the parking lots), ground-source heat pumps, and many others.
